Small business benefits

Working for a small business is fast becoming a very attractive option for today's graduates; the opportunity to work within close proximity of senior management and being part of a close knit team from the outset can be a very rewarding experience.

The benefits are proven as more and more graduates are staying in Wales to develop their careers with a Small to Medium Sized Business.
