GO Wales Work Placements are Wales’ flagship work experience scheme. We offer students and graduates the chance to gain paid, project-based work experience in Wales. Our placements are proven to make you more employable.
Following positive feedback from our participants, we are pleased to announce we have been awarded further funding which will allow us to continue our services for another three years. There is one change to our offering – we are now working with graduates and students in the last two years of their course. There’s still lots on offer for first year students at your University Careers Service and you are welcome to take part in GO Wales once you have completed your first year.
In order to help as many people as possible, GO Wales is now limiting the number of placements that an individual can have to two. You can apply for as many placements as you like, but once you have had two placements, you will not be able to apply for any more. Please contact us if you have any queries about this.
