An exciting opportunity has arisen with a new fast growing local company, Easy Online Recruitment (http://easyonlinerecruitment.co.uk/) a new and easy cost effective way to find a candidate/employee.

 

A flat fee allows employers to advertise on all the leading job boards such as Monster, Reed, Total Jobs, Jobsite. The vacancy can attract applicants from resources such as job boards, social networking, CV database, e recruitment, and online advertising. 

 

What will you be doing?

This opportunity for a graduate or student to join the company will include the following duties:-

  • To act as a resourcer
  • Be responsible for CV searching the online CV database
  • Sifting responses to live adverts
  • Posting adverts to the job board
  • Writing adverts on behalf of the client
  • Making customer service calls

 

Essential Requirements :

The ideal candidate will be able to use Microsoft office and have excellent customer service and IT skills, preferably with some previous experience.

Expected Outcomes :

At the end of the placement the candidate is expected to have developed a high level of customer service skills and to have ensured that clients have received the best response to their advert.
