Exopack Advanced Coatings is a worldwide leader in the manufacture of coated papers, films and specialty substrates and a global specialist in contract coating, laminating and finishing flexible materials.

With over 41 years of designing and engineering coatings and coating processes, Exopack Advanced Coatings is uniquely qualified to address the growing need for high-performance imaging products, custom coatings and laminates.

 

The project:

  • Routine Admin duties
  • Covering reception duties
  • Reconciliation of electronic files in sales & marketing dept (databases, gallery etc)
  • Consolidation of electronic files between Sales and marketing and admin (contracts, NDAs etc
  • New trademark listing
  • Database consolidation and clean up
  • Write up admin procedures
  • Process in-coming calls

Deal with visitors / contractors etc as they arrive at the site. 

Essential Requirements :

Degree/HNC/HNC graduate/ under graduate from any discipline

Good commercial awareness, excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with people at all levels.

 

 

Good computer skills including Microsoft office.

Accurate and flexible, courteous. Does not panic under pressure.

Expected Outcomes :

By the end of the placement the candidate will have a greater understanding about the role of an Administrator in a global manufacturing company. They will have developed confidence dealing with visitors including customers, suppliers and contractors. They will have assisted in tidying up the electronic databases for the Sales & Marketing dept and ensuring that these are up to date and accurate.
