Description :

SAVEeasy is the second largest credit union in Wales. It is a community ‘bank’, owned and managed by its members, and offers a convenient way of saving and easy access to low cost loans. They are looking for a Polish speaking graduate to advise, help and assist Polish workers and their families in every aspect of their lives in the UK including financial, employment, welfare, housing, education, etc. This will involve face to face interaction with service users, some of which come from disadvantaged background.

Essential Requirements :

Fluent in Polish and English
Excellent communication skills and friendly manner
Customer service
Microsoft Office experience

Desirable Requirements :

Office and admin experience

Expected Outcomes :

To provide friendly and professional service, to assist more people in danger of financial exclusion.
