The part-time Academy is a training course which you attend while you are working or volunteering.
Due to the way we are funded there are some restrictions around who is able to take part in the GO Wales Graduate Academy; please see here for more information. We welcome applications from candidates of any age with any degree. You must be working or volunteering and feel you are ‘under-employed’ (i.e. you are not utilising your graduate-level skills in your current role).
As part of the Graduate Academy, you will be required to complete three work-based assignments for assessment. These will be based upon your learning from the training sessions, your reflections and the information and further evidence gathered from your work place.
Once you successfully complete the Graduate Academy, you will be awarded the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) Level 4 Award in Leadership and Management.
