Branding and print design company Colourbox Creative in Swansea contacted us with a project brief; they needed a graduate to take full responsibility for developing their in-house customer enquiry service; putting in procedures that would help the business run smoothly and enhance the customer service element.
Cardiff Metropolitan University graduate Katy Simister joined the company as an initial 10 week work placement and in nine months she has become an asset to the company. Daryl Edgecombe Company Director explains;
