Owain Schiavone Chief Executive of Golwg Newydd which is responsible for the rolling Welsh language news service, Golwg360.com recruited Welsh speaking Aberystwyth University graduate; Guto Dafydd as a Coordinator for the Sports News section of the website. Owain explains how the project went;

"The objective of the placement was to redevelop the sport section on the site for the coming season. We were keen to alter the way we deal with sports on the site to offer something different to our competitors, whilst also offering a professional and consistent service that is expected of a national news provider."

Guto covered the out sport news successfully over the summer months and also developed our contact list. He managed to recruit some volunteer club reporters, we are still working on a sustainable system for dealing with their articles, so it was a difficult task."
