Three members of staff at A2Z Computing in Newport have used the GO Wales Graduate Training and Development Fund to cover part of the cost of the Institute of Leadership and Management Level 5.
Managing Director Az Ashraf believes that training staff in ILM will allow them to be more efficient in their jobs:
“At A2Z Computing we believe that all staff members should have an opportunity to develop skills which will help them to progress within the company. By improving leadership skills this will help develop staff relations with team members and clients; this will ultimately help the business to grow.”
