Destinations of Leavers from Higher Education 08/09

All those who completed a HE course between 1st January and 31st July 2009 will have been sent a Destinations of Leavers from Higher Education (DLHE) questionnaire to complete. This will provide universities with information on what you were doing on the 11th January 2010. DLHE is a national survey set out by the Higher Education Statistics Agency (HESA), which requires an 80% response from each university. The information you provide will be useful to your university to advise current and future students about the opportunities that might be available to them.

If you have not received a questionnaire, be sure that you have informed your university of any change of address and phone number. If your university cannot get in touch with you at all, they may try to get information about what you were doing from someone else, either at the university or someone who can be reached using the contact information you have previously provided. If you do not want us to do this or you don't want to give us any information at all, please inform your university using the contact details they have provided. If you want to know more about what will happen to your information please visit this HESA link: http://www.hesa.ac.uk/index.php/content/view/131/180/.

Your response to the DLHE questionnaire is very important in helping to provide your university with the information they need. It should only take a few minutes to complete - most of the questions just require you to tick a box with your answer and it can usually be sent back using a pre paid envelope. If you require the questionnaire in a different format, please contact your university.
