Over the next two years 200 graduates are set to benefit from the GO Wales Graduate Academy which aims to provide recent graduates with the skills and support needed to meet the challenge of obtaining graduate employment.
Five programmes are scheduled to take place throughout Wales this year with the first starting in Lampeter next month; four are residential and one part time course is planned for autumn.
As part of the Graduate Academy; participants undertake a two week residential training programme followed by a four week period of work based experience during which work-based assignments are completed, leading to the achievement of the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) Level 5 Award in Management.
The cost of the ILM qualification is covered by GO Wales and a training allowance is also available.
Applications are now closed for this first programme next month however you can make an application for the next Graduate Academy which will take place at the University of Wales Lampeter on 10 May.
